In this role, you will monitor the environment through CCTV surveillance, conduct thorough inspections, and manage access control to ensure a secure atmosphere for staff, visitors, and property. Your proactive approach and keen observation skills will be essential in preventing incidents and responding swiftly to any security concerns. This position offers an engaging opportunity to contribute to a safe and welcoming environment while utilizing your security expertise. Available Schedule Saturday, Sunday Day Shift (6:00 am to 6:00 pm), Monday Graveyard Shift (6:00 pm to 6:00 am) Responsibilities Control access points by verifying identities, performing background checks, and authorizing entry for authorized personnel, visitors, or contractors Conduct regular patrols of the property to identify potential hazards, security breaches, or safety issues Respond promptly to alarms or emergency situations, including administering first aid or CPR if necessary Manage conflict situations with professionalism, employing conflict management techniques to de-escalate disputes Perform manual handling tasks such as heavy lifting when required for equipment or supplies Document incidents accurately through detailed reports and logs for future reference and compliance Skills Strong surveillance skills with experience operating CCTV systems effectively Background in law enforcement, military service, or security operations is highly advantageous Knowledge of first aid procedures, CPR, AED operation, and Taser use for emergency response readiness Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely and efficiently, including heavy lifting when necessary Familiarity with performing background checks and conducting loss prevention activities Excellent conflict management abilities with a calm and professional demeanor in stressful situations Understanding of security protocols, CCTV monitoring, and loss prevention strategies Ability to work independently while maintaining high attention to detail and situational awareness Join us in creating a safe environment where everyone feels protected!
