Watergate at Landmark (WAL) is a high-rise condominium community in Alexandria's West End. WAL is seeking to fill multiple full-time Patrol Services Officer positions for the Night shift 10:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. to provide a property patrol services to a residential condominium community. - Must be able to communicate effectively and courteously with residents, guests, management, and co-workers, both orally and in writing. Able to de-escalate situation, and provide conflict resolutions as they arise.
- Candidate must possess ability to exercise good judgment under normal and emergency circumstances; and present a professional demeanor and appearance.
- Prior security experience preferred. Candidate with strong customer service skills and experience may also be considered.
- High level of ethical behavior, professionalism and dependability a must.
- Candidate must demonstrate ability to use a personal computer with basic MS Office software.
- Work schedule includes weekends and holiday duty hours. Occasional OT possible, and

SPECIAL REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must have a valid Driver's license and ability to safely operate Patrol Service vehicles (PSVs).
- High school graduate or equivalent preferred
- DCJS-Certification a plus
DUTIES:
Includes but not limited to the following.- Enforcement of Bylaws, rules and regulations and issue notices for violations .
- Patrol property for safety concerns and violations.
- Assist in operations of front and back gate duties to include:
- Conduct multiple property inspections for safety to include perimeter fence, storage rooms, lighting, etc.
- Follow property procedures for emergency situations to include fire, water leaks, power outage, elevator rescue, threats, weather etc.
- Good Customer Service and Conflict Resolution skills
- Provide daily log reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
