As an unarmed patrol officer at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, support access control and badge processes, and provide outstanding customer service. Using computer or tablet tools, you will communicate clearly, document security-related activity, and collaborate with a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, caring, and committed to integrity.

PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage production location.

Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility interior, exterior, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

Monitor access to the location, verify visitor, contractor, and delivery authorization, and follow site procedures for entry and departure.

Observe and report unusual conditions, facility hazards, equipment concerns, and policy violations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, document activities accurately, and communicate relevant information according to site procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
