As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a dynamic tech and telecommunications location, helping to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence, routine patrols, and strong communication. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, access points, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and help support access control procedures for restricted and sensitive areas. Complete routine reports and pass-down communications, helping to support continuity of operations across shifts in a fast-paced technical environment.

Minimum Requirements:

At least 6 months of security-related experience is required. A guard card or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. Access control or badge experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
