Job Description As a Security Officer Patrol Analyst in FAIRFAX, VA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a utilities location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions. Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and document security-related incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations according to site procedures. Support utility operations by reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or service disruptions, and by following post orders during routine and emergency conditions.

Minimum Requirements:

This is a primarily driving post. CPR and First Aid certification is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
