PM What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and the public while carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control requirements, and emergency response activities at transportation-related facilities and locations. Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, roadways, work zones, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, traffic-related events, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and public agencies as required. Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor and vehicle entry records, and report unusual activity in accordance with site-specific policies. Prepare clear and accurate reports documenting patrols, incidents, observations, and interactions, while maintaining professional firearm handling in accordance with applicable laws, Allied Universal policies, and client requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

Possess an armed guard card or license. Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Participate in industry-specific security training programs. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
