Duties include, but are not limited to: Conduct an extensive foot patrol using phone software and check points Following prescribed Standard Operating Procedures for basic and emergency responses Liaising with security and building management to communicate, escalate, and solve problems Creating detailed reports on building activity Outdoor foot patrol of the exterior of the contract site Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions Performing duties in accordance with Post Orders Controlling/restricting access to the property Responding to major occurrences with intelligence, speed and accuracy •
