PM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, access points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns related to operations, equipment, and/or restricted areas. Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization, and report discrepancies, suspicious behavior, or policy violations according to site procedures. Support refinery location operations by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and completing required reports, logs, and incident documentation in a timely manner.
Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
