AM What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors at a front desk within a commercial real estate location by following site-specific procedures and security-related policies. Welcome guests, verify identification and authorization as required, issue visitor credentials, and maintain accurate visitor and access records. Monitor entry points, access-control systems, alarms, cameras, and/or other security-related equipment from a stationary post; report irregularities according to site procedures. Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed. Support a professional lobby environment by directing visitors, answering phones, receiving deliveries, and communicating clearly with building personnel and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. CPR certification is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
