A Security Officer provides security for property at hospitals, hotels, warehouses or office buildings. Monitors entrances and patrols buildings, watches for intruders or vandals; reports building maintenance problems; deals with customers or visitors that create a disturbance in the building.
Be at least 18 years of age Have a clean criminal record and pass a background check possess a valid drivers license ability to obtain a Washington State Security License (www.dol.wa.gov/business/securityguards/) We are seeking a detail-oriented professional unarmed security officer with experience. Desirable qualities are someone who is comfortable working in a mental health/counseling environment, you are responsible for the security and order of buildings, grounds, or property. You will patrol assigned areas examining doors, windows, and gates to ensure that they are properly secured. Daily interactions with public and enforcing client policy.

Qualifications:
This position will require regular physical activity, including standing, walking, climbing stairs, and inclines. Qualified candidates have at least a high school diploma or GED, and a clear criminal record over the past 7 years. Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow, or heat, Occasionally lift or carry up to 40 pounds, Climb stairs, ramps, or ladders occasionally during shift, Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods.
