VEHICLE PATROL OLYMPIA AND TACOMA
Pay:
$23.00 per hour Job description: Pierce County Security (PCS) has been in business since 1927 providing security services throughout Western Washington. PCS is currently hiring Patrol Officers. PCS Patrol Officers are assigned to a section of the city and/or county and provide security services for the clients in their section.
Pay and Benefits:
$23.00 per hour Paid training provided to obtain Security Officer's License (Guard Card) PCS will pay the $101. Washington State Security Officer's License fee for employees that complete 90 days of employment Paid time off for personal reasons such as illness or vacation Patrol car or SUV provided during work hours Full-Time Medical for full-time employees Uniforms provided 8-10 hour shifts depending on assignment For complete information, call us at 253-535-4433
Security Officer Responsibilities:
Patrol client facilities with company car, pick-up or sport utility vehicle Ensure client facilities are secured Deter theft and vandalism Watch for intrusion, fire, flood and other hazards Respond to alarms Assist employees and visitors Notify police, fire or medical aid when needed Write reports of incidents Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 21 years of age Must Have a valid Washington State Drivers License Security, Military, or security related experience. Ability to speak, read and write English Good driving record Availability to work shifts which can include weekends and holidays Pass a pre-employment drug screen( to include cannabis) Must have Clear Criminal Record •According to Washington state law the Department of Licensing (DOL) will not issue a Security Guard license to anyone with a Gross Misdemeanor within the last seven years or a Felony within the last ten years. Other criminal charges will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
