AM What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including business spaces, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations, to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site policies; report unusual conditions to the appropriate personnel. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and shift activities accurately and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site representatives.Minimum Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
