Job Description

2nd Shift Security Officer Mole Lake Casino, Lodge and Event Center 2135 Rimrock Road, Madison, WI 53713 From $16 an hour From $16 an hour Escort and observe guests and team members to ensure their safety and protection. Identify potential safety hazards and report observations to the appropriate individual for proper resolution. Safeguards casino assets by executing security duties to adequately protect the life and property of guests, team members, company assets, and property. Perform job duties in full compliance with departmental Internal Controls, policies, standard operating procedures and regulations Generate necessary written reports regarding security related incidents involving guests, team members, property, and assets Maintain a working knowledge of guests and team members who have been banned from re-entering the property and advise appropriate individuals and departments when observing trespassers on property Follows the Security Department Policy and Procedure Manual Follows protocol and completes all paperwork related to the department High School Diploma/GED/HSED required. Previous Casino Security Guard experience required. Physically able to perform all aspects of the position. Willing to work a flexible schedule (all shifts) Excellent verbal, written, presentation and computer skills. This position is subject to the following conditions: obtain and maintain a valid Sokaogon Chippewa Gaming Commission license and pass pre-employment and random drug and alcohol screenings. The Casino Security Officer is a critical part of the safety and security of the casino operations. Security Officer's ensure the safety and well-being of the guests, employees, and the company. Responds to emergencies as needed and follows all policies and procedures to protect all casino assets.
