Officers complete detailed reports, follow post orders, and provide helpful, professional assistance to employees and visitors. Responsibilities Monitor and patrol assigned premises to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access Control access by verifying identification, badges, and visitor credentials Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies following company procedures Complete clear, accurate incident and daily activity reports Provide excellent customer service to clients, employees, and visitors Conduct safety checks of doors, windows, and security systems Collaborate with supervisors and teammates to address security concerns Follow all post orders, company policies, and client-specific guidelines Support law enforcement or emergency responders when needed Participate in required training and maintain professional appearance Required Skills Security patrol procedures Access control systems Incident reporting Observation and surveillance Radio and communication equipment use Emergency response basics Conflict de-escalation Customer service Report writing Basic computer literacy
