Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chief Investigator to lead complex criminal investigations and fraud prevention initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will oversee investigative operations, coordinate surveillance activities, and analyze data to uncover illicit activities. Your expertise will drive the development of strategic responses to criminal threats, ensuring the integrity and safety of our organization. Responsibilities Lead comprehensive criminal investigations related to fraud, theft, and other illicit activities, ensuring thorough evidence collection and analysis. Design and implement surveillance strategies to monitor suspect activities effectively while maintaining compliance with legal standards. Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and internal departments to facilitate information sharing and joint investigations. Conduct detailed data collection, analyze patterns, and generate actionable insights to support ongoing investigations. Prepare clear, detailed reports documenting investigation findings, methods, and recommendations for legal or disciplinary action. Oversee the training of investigative staff in best practices for evidence handling, report writing, and surveillance techniques. Maintain meticulous records of all investigative activities to ensure transparency and accountability. Skills Strong background in law enforcement procedures with experience in criminal investigation techniques. Proven expertise in fraud prevention and detection strategies across diverse environments. Skilled in surveillance operations, including electronic monitoring and physical observation methods. Excellent data collection and analysis skills to identify trends, anomalies, and potential threats. Exceptional report writing abilities with attention to detail for legal documentation and case files. Ability to coordinate multiple investigations simultaneously while managing sensitive information discreetly. Pay:
$20.00 - $24.50 per hour
