Job Description

About the role: The Intel Coordinator will have a dual function within the Fusion Center and will report to the SIS Intel Manager. The Intel Coordinator will be responsible for the production of intelligence products as well as the regular monitoring of online open sources for potential security and operational threats while adhering to and enhancing quality control procedures. They will reinforce positive performance and adherence to position requirements, as well as address any deficiencies in such performance. In this role, your responsibilities will be Conduct regular monitoring sweeps through online open sources for known and potential threats to company security, operations, and reputation Effectively analyze relevant threats and produce/assure quality control of intelligence deliverables Lead the development of new intelligence products as well as analyze existing intelligence products to provide recommendations for improvement Support the SIS Loss Prevention, Special Events, and Executive Protection groups by conducting/assuring quality control of investigative reports Design, plan, organize, or direct orientation and training programs for employees on common and specialized security subjects Obtain, organize, or develop training procedure manuals, tools, or other course materials for employees on common and specialized security subjects Perform other related duties as required Travel to interface with stakeholders As a candidate, you must have: Bachelor's Degree in Latin American Studies, Strategic Studies, International Relations, Political Science, Economics, or other related studies; Master's Degree preferred or equivalent military/professional intelligence training Three plus years of academic or professional experience in research, analysis, and development of intelligence products/reports Thorough knowledge of security procedures, life-safety, and business continuity Training background including experience in training design and delivery, program management, proficiency in technology presentation programs and databases Prior leadership or INTEL experience Proficiency in PC and iOS hardware and software, including word processing, data analysis, presentation, visual, mapping programs, major social media platforms, and investigative and risk management tools Complete and maintain state guard certification as prescribed by presiding state law, as well as all client requested certifications; all documentation and fees are the responsibility of the employee unless otherwise noted Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm, with the ability to delivera high level of customer service Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team when needed We offer: $71,000 per annum Health, Dental, Vision, and 401 (k) Paid Time Off, including Sick/Safe Time A dynamic and challenging work environment with opportunities for growth
