Join Inter-Con Security onsite at PG&E as a Control Center Operator and play a critical role in protecting essential infrastructure that serves millions. This is more than a monitoring role - it's an opportunity to be at the heart of operations, where your decisions directly support safety, compliance, and operational reliability. What You'll Do As part of our Security Operations Center (SOC) team, you will: Monitor station-specific alarms and security events in real time Evaluate and assess alerts using advanced monitoring systems Initiate appropriate response actions, including law enforcement coordination when required Document incidents thoroughly and accurately in daily activity reports Support access control processes and ensure regulatory compliance Assist with
NERC/CIP
procedures and background check processes Compile data, proofread reports, and support incident investigations Collaborate with Line of Business (LOB) partners to resolve security and compliance matters Your attention to detail and ability to act decisively will directly contribute to operational security and public safety. What We're Looking For 21 years of age or older High school diploma required Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Flexibility to work various shifts (days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays) Two consecutive weekdays off Weekend availability required Strong communication skills and the ability to stay composed in high-pressure situations Why Join Us?
