Job Description
Be at least 21 years old or the minimum age required by the State. Be a U.S. citizen or a foreign citizen authorized to legally work in the United States. Must provide a background check upon hire Must be able to learn the check-in/check-out process, dealing with logistics Must submit to pre-job and random drug testing. Must be able to self-manage Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written Must have excellent report writing skills Pass any State-required training or other qualifications for licensing. Must be able to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to stand, stoop, and bend for long periods of time. Work in all weather conditions Basic ability to use a computer or Tablet Monitor surveillance equipment Use motor vehicles and foot patrols to monitor client property Maintain access control at entry points, permitting only authorized persons to enter/exit client facility Must check all personal vehicles that enter and exit the property Follow all client and company policies
