In this role, you will be monitoring inside the condominum and outside premises, enforcing property rules and fostering a space where others feel respected and secure. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day and proactive support. Responsibilities Monitor surveillance via CCTV Implement knowledge and conflict management techniques to de-escalate challenging situations Respong promptly to alarms, emergencies, OR disturbances Write detailed logs of daily reports Monitor building access point, including entrances, exits, residential and guest parking areas Facilitate amenity bookings Complete documentation such as filing reports, and keeping an accurate track of incoming parcels for residents Skills Vigilance and Observation, ability to notice unusual activities on property and inside building Strong intervention skills combined with conflict management abilities Knowledge of properties rules and policies Excellent communication skills for effective communication with staff and residents Experience with security protocols, data entry, filing, and data collection to ensure compliance and accuracy Familiarity with documentation via properties access systems Property enforcement Customer service, being respectful and in a professional manner.
