Surveillance Operator Rhythm City Casino Resort - 3.5 Davenport, IA Job Details Full-time From $18.50 an hour 6 days ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Responsible for observing all activities of guests and employees on property via closed circuit video technology for criminal activity and/or violation of the state gaming commission regulations and the company policies and procedures. Records activities where appropriate and reports observation to appropriate company and state officials. Records surveillance activity in surveillance database.
Essential Functions:
Experience preferred, but will train a motivated individual. Continuously observe and closely scrutinize all activities of guests and employees on property including but not limited to, the casino floor, cage, count room, and point of sale via the closed circuit television system for criminal activity, and/or violation of the state gaming commission regulations and the company policies and procedures. Record activities where appropriate and report observations to appropriate company and state officials. Record surveillance activity in Surveillance database. Assures an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments. Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests. Supports current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior. Complete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and use appropriate judgment. Job duties, tasks, work hours, work requirements, and other duties as assigned may be added or changed at any time.
Required:
High School diploma or GED equivalent. Knowledge of casino games preferred. Upon employment, must be willing to obtain a valid gaming license in accordance with the Iowa Racing & Gaming Commissions regulations. Must be flexible for hours.
