JOB SUMMARY
Provides constant video surveillance and reports accurate and factual information for casino and tribal asset protection.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain confidentiality at all times. Observe and report accurate information; summarizing the relevant details of an event in a concise and factual manner. Monitor all areas that are designated as essential coverage areas to ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years old with a minimum of a high school diploma, a GED or equivalent experience. Some college is preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years gaming experience. Non-gaming Surveillance experience may be considered. Must have a complete understanding of the policies and procedures of each department and Gaming Operations in general. Basic understanding of casino gaming systems. Must have proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
