Job Summary We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Protective Agent to ensure the safety and security of our THC Dispensary, personnel, and assets. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through vigilant surveillance, conflict management, and emergency response. Your dedication to safety, combined with your ability to assess situations quickly and act decisively, will help foster a safe and secure atmosphere for everyone on site. Duties Monitor security cameras and conduct regular surveillance patrols to identify potential threats or suspicious activity Control access points by verifying credentials of employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors Respond promptly to incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring first aid or CPR Manage conflicts professionally using effective conflict management techniques to de-escalate tense situations Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or unusual activities Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigations Conduct routine inspections of the premises to ensure compliance with safety protocols and security standards Skills Strong knowledge of law enforcement procedures and security protocols Certified in CPR and first aid to provide immediate assistance during medical emergencies Experience in military or law enforcement roles is highly advantageous Skilled in conflict management with the ability to remain calm under pressure Excellent report writing skills for accurate documentation of incidents and observations Proficient in surveillance techniques and operation of security equipment Ability to handle stressful situations decisively while maintaining professionalism Join us as a Protective Agent and become a vital part of our commitment to safety!
