Job Description

The Surveillance Operator conducts continuous surveillance of all areas of the casino via floor surveillance and use of the CCTV system as directed by Surveillance Supervisor, Surveillance Senior Operators or the Manager in compliance with Commission, departmental and company regulations. •This position offers a Sign On Bonus, Ask the Hiring Manger for details•
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Report directly to the Surveillance Manager, Supervisor or Senior Operator. Supports other Managers, Directors and Executives with assistance and information relating to the protection of assets in their respective departments, as well as fellow Operators in the performance of their duties. Understand and cooperate fully with all Departmental and Company policies, including the "open door" policy. Continuously monitor CCTV, closely scrutinizing all activities within camera range to ensure the protection of company assets. Maintain a professional relationship with Commission members and their Agents. Accurately and quickly perform duties as assigned. Complete necessary paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain or augment skills through review and self-study. Complete any other tasks that may be assigned by Surveillance Senior Operators, Supervisor, or the Manager to the best of their ability.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High school graduate or GED. Over 18 years of age, displaying a level of maturity commensurate with the responsibility of the position. Proficiency in verbal and written communication. Must have the ability to obtain a work permit issued by the Missouri Gaming Commission. Must be capable of independently performing all job duties.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Missouri Gaming License
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate in English.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
COMPUTER SKILLS
Must have Microsoft Office experience and basic computer skills.
