Description Responsibilities:
Observe all guest and team member activities in all monitored areas, including, but not limited to, casino floor, cage, count room, restaurants, and back of house common areas. Monitor activity for criminal activity, violation of Missouri Gaming Commission regulations, and/or violation of company policies and procedures. Appropriately record activities and report observations to company and Missouri Gaming Commission officials. Appropriately record surveillance activity in daily log. Maintain strict confidentiality relative to financial information, operating systems, company policies and procedures, market plans, and team member and patron information. Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner. Ensure the safety and security of all guests and team members. Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally's KC and departmental management.
Competencies:
Show proficiency in operating surveillance systems and related software. Exhibit strong analytical abilities to interpret surveillance footage and identify irregularities. Ability to write clear and concise reports using correct grammar and punctuation. Demonstrate exceptional observational skills with the ability to remain focused for extended periods. Knowledge of all table games and casino internal controls. Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime. Read, write, and understand simple instructions. Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations and any other applicable federal, state, and/or local regulations.

Exposure to variable temperatures, smoke, steam, and wet areas. The noise level in the work environment is usually somewhat loud.
Target Salary Range:
