Surveillance Operator

This is a Tier 1 position within our Forensic Review Department. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct initial video surveillance reviews for non-violent and non-time-sensitive incidents. You will play a vital role in investigating reported events, documenting findings, and collaborating with law enforcement to help keep communities safe.

What You'll Do Forensic Video Review:

Review and interpret video footage for reported incidents, focusing on "quickets" (quick event summaries) and less complex requests.

Documentation:

Maintain professional notes and write concise, detailed summaries of incidents, including vehicle descriptions and individual activity.

Product Creation:

Compile relevant video footage and still images into a final product for dissemination to clients and law enforcement.

Communication:

Regularly communicate with clients and law enforcement via phone and email to gather information and provide updates.

Quality Control:

Monitor camera image quality and submit performance concerns through designated platforms to ensure optimal system operation.

Professional Growth:

Participate in regular one-on-one meetings with supervisors for feedback and skill development.

Experience:

Previous customer service experience is a plus. A proven track record of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Technical Skills:
