About the
Role:
The Dual Rate Surveillance Shift Supervisor plays a critical role in overseeing and managing surveillance operations during assigned shifts to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies. This position is responsible for leading a team of surveillance analysts, coordinating workflow, and maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency in monitoring activities. The supervisor ensures that all surveillance data is reviewed thoroughly to detect and report any suspicious or non-compliant activities promptly. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with other departments to support investigations and improve surveillance processes. Ultimately, the Dual Rate Surveillance Shift Supervisor ensures the integrity and security of operations through effective leadership and vigilant oversight.
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor s degree preferred. Minimum of 3 years experience in surveillance, compliance, or a related field. Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role. Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and surveillance methodologies. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in criminal justice, business administration, or related field. Experience with surveillance software and data analysis tools. Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards. Certification in compliance or security management (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional). Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the surveillance team during assigned shifts to ensure operational goals are met. Review and analyze surveillance data to identify potential compliance issues or suspicious activities. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to enhance their performance and professional development. Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to surveillance findings and escalate issues as necessary. Collaborate with compliance, legal, and security departments to support investigations and implement corrective actions. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure surveillance activities remain compliant. Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate coverage to maintain continuous surveillance operations.
