Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and verify age or identification to ensure compliance with venue policies. Manage entry points by screening guests for appropriate behavior and preventing unauthorized access. Monitor the premises using CCTV surveillance systems to identify potential issues or disturbances. Intervene promptly and effectively in conflicts or unruly behavior, employing conflict management techniques. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary to address incidents or emergencies. Conduct routine patrols of the venue to ensure safety protocols are followed and identify hazards. Strong understanding of conflict management strategies and de-escalation techniques. Experience in law enforcement, military, or security roles is highly valued. Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV for monitoring large areas effectively. Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests, staff, and emergency personnel.
