The Surveillance Agent II plays a critical role in maintaining the security and integrity of the premises by conducting detailed and continuous monitoring of activities through various surveillance systems. This position requires the agent to identify and report suspicious behavior, potential security breaches, and policy violations promptly to ensure a safe environment for all stakeholders. The role involves collaborating closely with security teams and law enforcement when necessary to support investigations and enforce compliance with regulatory standards. Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in surveillance, security, or a related field.
- Proficiency in operating surveillance equipment and monitoring systems.
- Strong observational skills with the ability to detect irregularities and potential threats.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
