This position is responsible for continuous visual monitoring through surveillance systems to maintain awareness of property activity, safeguard residents and assets, and promptly identify and report irregularities or potential threats. The ideal candidate demonstrates exceptional discretion, attentiveness, and professionalism in a high-security, confidential residential environment. Key Responsibilities Surveillance Monitoring Conduct continuous observation of all camera feeds across multiple residential properties. Detect, assess, and escalate any suspicious or unusual activity in accordance with established protocols. Maintain situational awareness of all residential perimeters, entrances, and high-sensitivity zones. Ensure all surveillance systems are operational and promptly report any technical issues or malfunctions. Incident Detection and Response Evaluate and classify incidents according to severity (e.g., emergency, urgent, non-urgent). Alert the Designated Supervisor or designated representative immediately upon identifying potential security concerns. Support the response process by providing real-time updates and accurate visual details during incidents. Maintain calm and clarity under pressure, adhering strictly to escalation procedures. Documentation and Reporting Maintain detailed electronic and written logs of daily monitoring activities. Record all observed incidents, noting time, date, location, and individuals involved where applicable. Provide clear, accurate reports to the Supervisor and assist in post-incident reviews when requested. Document any deviations from standard procedures or technical irregularities and note corrective actions taken. Communication and Coordination Maintain open, consistent communication with the Supervisor regarding any notable observations or operational updates. Use approved communication tools (two-way radios, secure messaging systems) to ensure timely coordination and confidentiality. Support household and security staff by sharing relevant observations that contribute to the overall safety and smooth operation of each residence. Qualifications Experience in private estate, corporate, or residential surveillance monitoring preferred Strong proficiency in camera and digital monitoring systems. Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain focus for extended periods. Professional demeanor with demonstrated integrity, reliability, and discretion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. CPR/First Aid certification preferred. Background check required.
