The ideal candidate will possess a strong presence, excellent conflict management skills, and the ability to maintain a safe environment for patrons and staff. This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring activities, enforcing rules, and providing assistance when necessary. Duties Monitor entrance and exit points to ensure only authorized individuals gain access to the venue. Assess situations quickly and effectively to prevent conflicts or disturbances among patrons. Enforce venue policies and regulations while maintaining a professional demeanor. Provide First Aid and CPR assistance when required, ensuring the well-being of all guests. Utilize surveillance systems, including CCTV, to monitor activities within the venue. Collaborate with law enforcement personnel when necessary to address any security concerns. Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter potential issues related to loss prevention. Maintain clear communication with staff regarding any incidents or concerns that arise during shifts. Experience Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with conflict management techniques and loss prevention strategies is highly beneficial. Certification in First Aid and CPR is desirable; training may be provided for qualified candidates. Experience with surveillance systems (CCTV) is an asset that will enhance your application.
