Job Description

Detection Agent:
Monitoring customers' CCTV surveillance alarms while delivering customer service with civility, confidentiality, and professionalism. Ensuring the safety and security of clients by resolving incidents promptly, utilizing multiple software platforms to transmit information and compile detailed reports. Coordinate effectively with law enforcement personnel and local security guards to protect customers' property. 2nd Shift (2pm-10:30pm) - We are a 24/7 facility, WEEKENDS & HOLIDAY

Detection Agent:
Review and process video alarms promptly and accurately to ensure a positive customer experience. Communicate clearly and courteously with customers, security teams, law enforcement, and internal departments. Deliver calm, attentive service in a fast-paced call center environment while maintaining strong attention to detail. Follow site-specific instructions carefully to meet each customer's unique security needs. Respond to every alarm with professionalism, sound judgment, and a customer-first mindset. Detection Agent:
Must be at least 18 years of age. High School diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in customer service, CCTV surveillance, or roles requiring strong attention to detail preferred. Ability to remain seated while using a computer, reviewing CCTV footage, and handling phone equipment for extended periods. Ability to perform effectively in moderately stressful situations. Proficient in working simultaneously with multiple computer applications and databases. Demonstrate outstanding verbal and written communication skills. Pre-employment testing is required. Must pass background and drug screen process. Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus. 2nd Shift (2pm-10:30pm) - We are a 24/7 facility, WEEKENDS & HOLIDAY
