Surveillance Investigator- Part-time AE Investigations Philadelphia, PA Job Details Part-time $21 - $28 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Customer communication Microsoft Outlook Customer service Writing skills Word embeddings Criminal Justice Social media platforms Driver's License Van driving Full Job Description A1 Investigations, a private investigation firm serving the Philadelphia and surrounding Tri-county area, in addition to Southern New Jersey, is accepting resumes for an experienced Surveillance Investigator . A1 performs investigations on workers' compensation, auto liability, general liability and both long and short term disability claims . We are seeking a diligent, results-oriented and highly motivated individual, to fill an investigative position entailing 75% field investigation and 25% office-based investigative support. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Providing professional, expedient, and legal investigative services as requested by clients. Conducting full investigations related to insurance fraud, including surveillance, activity checks, background checks, locates and statement retrieval. Report preparation along with video evidence submission to field office. Managing own caseload and working independently in the field. Maintaining daily contact with management regarding case activity. Upholding professional attitude and appearance when representing the company to clients, court personnel, and others during work-related interaction. Qualified applicants are required to possess: Bachelor degree (Criminal Justice or similar major preferred). Previous experience in a position primarily involving, writing, interviewing or investigations. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Strong computer & internet navigation skills, including extensive knowledge of Office 365, (specifically Word, Outlook, and Excel) and Social Media. Flexibility in work scheduling, including night and weekend availability, with a varying weekly schedule. Strong work ethic and ability to work independently & pay attention to detail. Excellent customer service skills, business judgment, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Valid driver's license, current registration and insurance credentials on a well-maintained, reliable surveillance vehicle. Job requires a
SURVEILLANCE
VAN or similar type vehicle. Clean driving & criminal records history.
