Job Description

Location:
Hiram, GA (Requires local travel within Paulding, Cobb, and Douglas counties)
Schedule:
Part-Time (15-20 hours/week, flexible Mon-Fri daytime hours)
Compensation:
$22.00-$26.00/hour + Commission/Bonuses +

Workforce Pro Screening is a premier provider of drug testing, background checks, and compliance screening solutions. We help local businesses keep their workplaces safe and fully compliant with state and federal regulations. We are seeking an industry professional with direct drug and alcohol collection experience to drive our local B2B customer acquisition.
Position Overview:
This is a hybrid role for an industry insider. You will leverage your technical knowledge of specimen collection and DOT regulations to walk into local businesses, build trust with safety managers, and secure corporate screening accounts. Because you understand the field, you will comfortably speak to decision-makers about compliance, turn-around times, and collection protocols.

Key Responsibilities B2
B Field Marketing:
Physically visit local trucking companies, construction offices, industrial parks, and manufacturing facilities to pitch our screening services.
Technical Consultations:
Answer technical prospect questions regarding DOT/Non-DOT regulations, testing panels, hair/urine testing, and breath alcohol protocols.
Lead Generation & Onboarding:
Secure contact information for HR/Safety decision-makers and assist in onboarding new corporate testing clients. Backup/On-Site Collections (Optional but Preferred): Occasional availability to perform or assist with on-site mobile collections or post-accident testing at client sites if required during your marketing hours. Qualifications & Certifications Experience:
1+ years of hands-on experience in drug and alcohol specimen collection (Urine, Breath Alcohol, Hair, or Saliva). Certifications (Required): Must hold an active Certified DOT Urine Specimen Collector credential and/or Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT) certification.
Industry Knowledge:
Solid understanding of 49 CFR Part 40 DOT regulations and workplace drug-free policies.
Communication:
Confident, articulate, and professional representation of medical compliance and screening procedures.
Mobility:
Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and smartphone access to navigate the local territory.
Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour
