Investigations focus on the area of insurance defense and litigation support. We are licensed in the state of Texas and have coverage throughout the state. Trèsmark is seeking candidates to conduct field surveillance in the Houston and surrounding area. The successful candidate should have the flexibility to travel outside of the area on occasion to assist with casework.

Job Description:

Conduct proper pre-surveillance review and desktop investigation Conduct surveillance investigations in accordance with state/federal laws, as well as company policy Covertly secure clear video footage and photos of subject activity Prepare daily investigative report and provide to management Provide regular updates to management from the field Submit work product daily through proper methods as directed by management Provide testimony at depositions and/or hearings when needed Candidates must have the following: A reliable and suitable surveillance vehicle TX Private Investigator License At least 1 year of experience in conducting private investigations Proficiency in conducting covert surveillance operations Ability to conduct mobile surveillance A cell phone A laptop Video camera capable obtaining clear video and photos with date/time stamp Proficiency in Microsoft Office software Ability to prepare detailed reports Ability and willingness to travel when necessary Possess a valid driver's license Pass a drug test and pre-employment background/testing The ideal candidate will have related experience in the following areas: Private Investigation Law Enforcement Security Loss Prevention Criminal Justice degree preferred

Compensation:

Investigators are compensated on an hourly basis and receive competitive rates for mileage reimbursement. They are provided a per-diem for case work conducted away from home and in most cases, hotel stays are coordinated and paid for by management. Part-time employees will be paid on a bi-weekly basis at an hourly rate. The hourly rate will be based on experience level.
