Regulatory Documentation and Compliance What You'll Do Support project and program teams in the development and preparation of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) compliant project baselines and financial forecasts, estimate at complete (EAC) development Review EVMS reporting, and supports EVMS Compliance Department with project/program oversight, audit support, baseline development, internal integrated baseline reviews, and real-time information and analysis to Project Controls (PC), Project Managers (PMs), and Control Account Managers (CAMs) Conducts monthly and Annual Project Performance Analytics Closely support project/program team and collaborates with other functions including project controls, contracts, procurement and central finance as necessary Support EVMS policy, process, tools, training and performance assessment in accordance with American National Standards Instituet (ANSI) EVMS 32 guidelines Provide specialized EVM analysis and develops specialized reports using automated analytical tools as required Perform EVMS analysis, maintenance and surveillance reporting Conduct internal training sessions Evaluate contractor Integrated Master Schedules/Integrated Master Plans (IMS/IMP) for accuracy against technical requirements and systems engineering processes Perform surveillance reviews on the contractor's EVMS Provide support to the Project Management Offices and Control Account Managers on the planning and implementation of Earned Value Management Systems Processes to ensure compliance across the Enterprise Support the streamlining of processes, tools, and best practices Assist with the development of Earned Value Management Systems training courses for all project/program personnel Assist with internal Earned Value Management Systems compliance reviews on projects/programs, utilizing a data driven approach to ensure the integration and synchronization of cost and schedule Earned Value Management data Support Earned Value Management Systems compliance reviews (Internal Baseline Reviews/Joint Surveillance Reviews) on assigned projects/programs with government oversight agencies Work closely with cross functional teams and departments to develop close working relationships that foster the sharing of best practices to maintain compliance Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action identification and evaluates project office processes leading to recommendations for implementation of corrective actions Ensure that the EVM System Description Document is being followed Assesses quality and timeliness of Cost Performance Report (CPR) Deliverables Performs analysis of monthly EVM performance indicators Reviews documentation of baseline changes for compliance and clear explanations Performs general assignments consisting of a series of interrelated tasks or problems screened by a senior management analyst Develops written summaries and reports to be used by the Project Performance Director, and/or Customers Prepares and presents briefings and/or presentations as required Keeps abreast of emerging techniques and professional development to remain current in the field, and for application to work assignments Minimum Job Requirements Bachelor's degree: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Master's degree: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience. PhD OR Applicants without a bachelor's degree may be considered based on a combination of at least 13 years of completed education and/or relevant experience.
