This role involves proactive patrolling, , emergency response, and surveillance to ensure a safe environment for all persons and property within the Public improvement district. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations with confidence. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a tangible difference in public safety while working within a vibrant team committed to excellence. Responsibilities Conduct regular patrols and surveillance of designated areas and physical inspections to deter unauthorized access and identify potential hazards. Write detailed incident reports documenting security breaches, accidents, or other significant events with clarity and accuracy. Manage conflict de-escalation techniques effectively while maintaining a professional demeanor during tense situations. Qualifications Proven experience in law enforcement, military service, or private security is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and conflict management. Familiarity with emergency response procedures including fire safety protocols and incident report writing.
