Key Responsibilities:

Scenario-based Training:
Role Players fulfill scenario-based training and will be required to take direction from instructors and coordinators, as well as read and understand each of the training exercises conducted for the benefit of students in training. The specific roles and responsibilities will be identified prior to the start of each course running and the requirements will be provided before each course/exercise. For each role player exercise, the role player will be provided written guidance (scripts) that includes but is not limited to a description of the role, scenarios, expected student outcome of the interaction, anticipated student questions, and expected role player answers. Length of exercise assignments range from 1 - 2 days

Previous experience as an Operations Officer +

Intelligence Community:
Experience working in Intelligence Community environment

Role Player Basic Compensation:
$103.17 to $126.11 hourly This range is for the Virginia area only. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
