$100K-$130K + 15% target bonus

Standard benefits; relocation assistance available The Director of Surveillance leads all surveillance operations for a casino in Danville, bringing strategic leadership and deep industry expertise to a critical security and compliance function. This role is responsible for overseeing all surveillance systems, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the integrity of casino operations in a fast-paced, highly regulated gaming environment. Qualifications Proven experience as a Director of Surveillance or senior surveillance leader within a casino or gaming environment, with a comprehensive understanding of surveillance operations, systems, and regulatory requirements Strong knowledge of gaming regulations, compliance standards, and surveillance technology with the ability to develop and implement effective surveillance strategies and protocols Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to recruit, develop, and inspire a high-performing surveillance team while maintaining the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and operational excellence Responsibilities Oversee all surveillance operations for the casino, ensuring the integrity of gaming operations, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the safety and security of guests and team members Develop and implement comprehensive surveillance strategies, protocols, and systems to effectively monitor and protect all aspects of casino operations Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing surveillance team while fostering a culture of integrity, professionalism, and continuous improvement in a highly regulated gaming environment
