Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and vigilant Security professional to safeguard our facilities, assets, and personnel. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through vigilant surveillance, effective conflict management, and prompt response to incidents. Responsibilities Monitor premises using CCTV systems and other surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activity or security breaches. Conduct regular patrols of the facility to ensure safety, identify hazards, and deter theft or vandalism. Manage access control by verifying identities and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies, including medical situations requiring CPR or first aid. Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to report incidents or assist in investigations. Enforce security policies and procedures while managing conflicts with professionalism and calmness. Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and security checks for accountability and reporting purposes. Experience Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable. Knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras and loss prevention techniques. Certification in first aid and CPR is preferred to handle medical emergencies confidently. Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain composed under pressure. Familiarity with security protocols, access control procedures, and emergency response plans.
