Job Description

Job Overview The Night Watch Staff plays a crucial role in maintaining safety and security during nighttime hours. This position involves monitoring premises, conducting regular patrols, and ensuring the protection of property and individuals. The ideal candidate will possess a keen sense of awareness and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. Duties Conduct regular surveillance of the premises to deter and detect any suspicious activities. Perform routine patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety and security. Checking boiler, ovens, and other equipment. Cleaning; setting-up and operating rolling machines and making minor repairs; Transferring tickets in the computer system; May also be on other production jobs, if rolling is not necessary. Skills Lifting and carrrying up to 50lbs; constant standing and walking for 12 hours throughout the plant., punching each clock, and checking buliding security. Knowledge of loss prevention strategies and conflict management practices. Strong observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions. Excellent communication skills for reporting incidents and collaborating with team members. Good math and language skills Physical strength, hand dexterity, pushing pulling bending, twisting and reaching.
