Key Responsibilities:
Demonstrate inquisitiveness, investigative skills, and proactive problem-solving to deliver solutions for complex operational challenges and identify emerging technical tools and capabilities. Engage effectively and confidently with customer managers across all levels of responsibility. Apply advanced knowledge of operations, operational tradecraft, and intelligence priorities to provide strategic guidance and operational case management. Oversee program management throughout the customer organization, ranging from traditional operational activities to specialized initiatives. Conduct objective reviews of ongoing and potential operations to ensure mission success and operational quality. Act as the critical connection between field personnel and the Intelligence Community, facilitating clear communication and operational alignment.

Standard Required Qualifications:
Active TS/SCI and current polygraph Bachelor's degree and at least 7+ years of relevant professional experience Familiarity with cable writing and classified databases, including specific targeting tools Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision Regional and/or functional expertise in a geographic region of interest Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a group Prior experience in supporting intelligence operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives
Desired Qualifications:
Customer certification as a CI Officer Foreign field experience from at least one overseas tour or extensive overseas TDY experience Experience in Intelligence Operations / Analysis / Support to Field Operations Experience identifying targeting leads through the exploitation of all-source databases Experience using customer databases to monitor field traffic and communicate with field offices
Basic Compensation:
$195,100 to $238,400 This range is for the Virginia area only The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's work location, knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience, clearance level, contract affordability and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
