Security Officer:

Full Time Airport Patrol Field Notes in Honolulu, HI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a government transportation location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service to travelers, visitors, and staff. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and/or contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established airport and government facility protocols. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout terminals, parking areas, access points, perimeter areas, and other assigned airport locations to help deter unauthorized activity. Monitor access points and observe activity for unusual conditions, reporting security-related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel. Document patrol activities, incidents, and observations accurately and communicate relevant information to supervisors and emergency responders as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
