Jobs › Boston, MA › Public Service Representitive MassPort Public Service Representitive Boston, MA Apply As a Public Service Representative (Bargaining Unit, Local 25) you are the face of the airport and drive all customer-centric initiatives at Boston Logan International Airport. You excel in communication and embrace diversity, resolving inquiries and complaints to ensure passenger satisfaction. Adapting seamlessly to changing situations, you maintain a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer service. Your commitment to teamwork, cultural sensitivity, and attention to detail contribute to creating a positive and welcoming environment. You are prepared to handle emergencies, follow protocols, and actively contribute to the goal of enhancing the airport experience for our passengers.
What you will do:
Staff information booths, providing ground transportation options, accommodations, and event assistance to passengers. Serve as an Airport Ambassador, ensuring passenger flow and public safety at key points. Promote Boston and New England through explanation of tourist attractions, hospitality services, and Logan Modernization. Operate display systems, providing relevant airline/airport information, managing paging and lost and found services, and assisting with ADA inquiries What you offer: 1-3 years of customer service experience.
