Top NJ boutique law firm servicing New Jersey and New York has an immediate opening for a Law Firm Billing Manager in their Clark,NJ office. The Billing Manager will be responsible for handling all billing for the firm working closely with the attorneys and office manager, law firm experience is a MUST. You will oversee the entire invoicing lifecycle, ensuring accurate and timely billing. The perfect candidate will have experience with Tabs3 legal billing software. Key Responsibilities Billing Operations:

Manage the preparation, distribution, and processing of monthly client invoices to ensure accuracy.

Compliance & E-Billing:

Ensure all invoices comply with client-specific guidelines, engagement terms using Tabs3 billing software.

Attorney Collaboration:

Work with Partners to review pre-bills, manage and resolve billing discrepancies.

Financial Reporting:

Analyze billing metrics, monitor aging reports, and report on monthly billing targets to leadership.
