This is steady work with opportunity to grow inside a company.

What You'll Do:

Perform weekly lawn maintenance (mowing, trimming, edging, blowing) Assist with mulching, landscape installs, cleanups, and property enhancements Operate commercial equipment safely and responsibly Maintain clean job sites and professional presentation Work efficiently as part of a crew

What We're Looking For:

Reliable. Shows up early, not "on time." Clean driving record (or minimal points) Ability to work in heat, physical conditions, and fast-paced environments Takes pride in quality work Positive attitude and team mentality Can follow direction but also take initiative Experience preferred but willing to train the right person
