Duties Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and blowers to maintain pristine lawns and landscapes Assist with landscape installation projects including planting, edging, and hardscape setup Use hand tools and power tools safely to perform pruning, trimming, and general garden maintenance Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe Conduct routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards are met Skills Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain landscaping tools and equipment Strong lawn care skills including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and weed control Experience with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, and mulching Ability to operate hand tools (shovels, rakes) and power tools safely and efficiently Ability to perform snow plowing safely during winter conditions Strong work ethic with a focus on safety procedures in outdoor environments This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working outdoors, have a keen eye for detail, and are eager to learn more about landscape maintenance.
