Duties Operate power tools such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hand tools to perform lawn care and landscape tasks efficiently Maintain lawns through mowing, edging, trimming, and aerating to ensure healthy and attractive turf Assist with landscape installation projects including planting, gardening, hardscape installation, and irrigation setup Conduct tree care activities like pruning, trimming, and removal using appropriate equipment such as chainsaws and excavators Support snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways clear and safe Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure optimal performance and safety Collaborate with team members on large-scale landscaping or construction projects involving excavation or hardscape work Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge of power tools and landscaping equipment Prior experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening is preferred Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and effectively Knowledge of horticulture principles and landscape design is a plus Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards Valid driver's license is preferred for equipment operation or transportation needs This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in outdoor maintenance while contributing to beautiful landscapes.
