In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining lawns, gardens, and landscapes through hands-on work with a variety of tools and equipment. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help ensure our clients' properties look their absolute best year-round. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance, gardening, and construction while working outdoors in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools to perform mowing, edging, trimming, and debris removal efficiently. Assist with landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, mulching, pruning trees and shrubs, and installing new landscaping features. Use hand tools for soil preparation, planting beds, or hardscape projects.. Perform snow plowing during winter months to keep driveways and walkways clear and safe. Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure safety and optimal performance. Collaborate with team members on larger projects including tree care, hardscape installation, or horticultural enhancements. Qualifications Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in landscaping and construction. Experience in operating commercial lawnmowers and power tools. Experience or interest in lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is highly desirable. Ability to operate small machinery such as excavators or snow plows is a plus. Knowledge of tree care practices including trimming and pruning techniques. Strong work ethic with the physical ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform outdoor labor throughout the day. Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward learning new skills in landscaping and outdoor maintenance. Prior experience with irrigation systems or hardscape projects is advantageous but not required.
