I have an established route I am looking to grow and maintain. Responsibilities Assist with mowing lawns, trimming trees, and pruning shrubs to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal Operate hand tools and power tools safely for landscape maintenance and hardscape projects Support irrigation system installation, repair, and upkeep to ensure efficient watering practices Help with planting, gardening, and soil preparation to foster vibrant plant growth. Perform routine equipment maintenance on lawn mowers, excavators, and other machinery to ensure optimal operation Skills Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on landscaping equipment Experience with lawn care techniques including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aeration Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices such as pruning, planting, and soil management Ability to operate hand tools (shovels, rakes) and power tools safely and effectively. Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures during construction or maintenance tasks This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to gain practical experience in landscaping while contributing to stunning outdoor environments.
