Underground Utility Forman and Crew

Underground Utility Foreman and Crew We are seeking an experienced Underground Utility Foreman and Crew to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated leader with strong technical knowledge and field management experience.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience installing: Gravity sewer systems Force mains Storm drainage systems Potable water mains At least 2 years in a Foreman role overseeing underground utility crews Proven ability to read and interpret plans, manage daily production, and maintain project schedules Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with superintendents, inspectors, and subcontractors Commitment to safety, quality, and team leadership

Responsibilities:

Direct and supervise crew members in all phases of underground utility installation Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and company policies Track materials, equipment, and daily production Report progress and issues to project management Ability to operate heavy equipment required to complete task
